MeetFresh, a Taiwanese dessert cafe with a few locations in Tokyo came to Yokohama. Their menu has a few different types of desserts suitable for vegans and vegetarians, including douhua, which is essentially tofu pudding. Pictured below is the chilled version with adzuki and peanuts–the background features douhua with Japanese sweet potato and barley.
